Hoping we go full strength for this. This will be lowest on the list of priorities for Liverpool and they'll be far more concerned about the game with Arsenal Saturday.

Can't see the likes of Salah, Alexander-Arnold etc. playing in this one.

If we could somehow get past this lot, we would have a very decent chance of winning another trophy.

This is our best chance of winning a trophy this season and qualifying for next seasons Europa league.

Fulham aside, 2nd half against Spurs, first half against Freiburg and most of Sunday is some of the best football we have played all season.

Really Looking forward to this as it’s my first away game for a while.

Liverpools kids will really go for this.
Expect the likes of Elliot,Qansah,Jones and Szoboszial to come up at us from the start. Got a feeling their will be early goals. If we can be as clinical as last 2 games with scoring from 5 of our 8 shots on target we can do this.
Liverpool need 20 shots plus.

Know what you are saying Bruuuno. Let’s just say we are going to need everything to go our way, refereeing decisions/VAR, ricochets, injuries, weather and player form you name it.

It’s just been such a miserable experience at Anfield 99% of the time. That 0-3 victory with the likes of Kouyate scoring still doesn’t seem real but we’d take a penalty shoot out victory now.

If Red Scouse put out their full mob... then yeah its probably curtains... however I think we will put out more of what looks like a full teams than them... last round they started with kelleher, Gomez, Quansah, Tsimikas, Elliott, Endo, Jones... same thing and it gives us a chance... one thing that I will give the Dour Jock credit for is that for once we have a manager that will put out strongish teams in the cups... something that previous shit cunt managers for us would not do... Draw after Extra Time... win on pens 9-8

A few variable at play here which make it difficult to call, although all being even they are obviously favorites as the place is a fucking fortress. We do seem to be catching them at the right time though, which has to help. Klopp won this in 2022 so also isn't desperately after ticking it off, but probably clutching with that one.

Either way, expect it will be close.
